Positions Available

1. Operations Degree Apprenticeship (September 2026 Intake)
A leadership fast-track program designed to develop future managers for major sorting hubs and delivery districts.
The Rotation Strategy: A three-year cycle through Local Delivery Offices, automated Parcel Super Hubs (Warrington or Daventry), and Commercial Head Office.
The Outcome: Graduation with a Chartered Manager Degree (BA or BSc) and eligibility for promotion into Frontline Manager roles.

2. Heavy Vehicle Technician Apprenticeship (Level 3)
A technical program focused on the maintenance of over 49,000 vehicles, specifically HGVs, trailers, and the expanding electric truck fleet.
Training Structure: A three-year program blending local workshop experience with residential blocks at the Remit Training Academy (travel and accommodation covered).
Compensation: Initial salary of £17,000–£18,000 with guaranteed annual increases.

3. Plant Maintenance (Automation Engineering)
A specialized trade focused on the 24/7 operation of automated Parcel Sortation Machines (PSMs).
