Job Description

The Admin Officer Apprentice serves as a critical pillar within a prosecution team, ensuring the seamless execution of the justice process. This role does not require a background in law; rather, it demands exceptional organizational skills and a commitment to public service.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Case Progression: Management of digital evidence, including CCTV, body-worn footage, and witness statements, ensuring accessibility for legal counsel prior to trial.
  • Witness Liaison: Serving as a primary point of contact for victims and witnesses to assist in navigating court schedules and requirements.
  • Court Support: Compilation and preparation of “digital bundles” for proceedings in both Magistrates’ and Crown Courts.
  • Team Coordination: Handling general enquiries and managing office rotas to maintain operational efficiency.
